Weird

Hi, I haven’t updated in a few weeks…

So. My weight changed a bit. It’s no longer 149, it’s 151.2 now. I think that when it was 149, it was probably only water weight, because it quickly bounced up to 152 and I hadn’t been eating any differently.

Once again, my goal is to get to 149. I’m close. 151.2… almost. =)

Though my weight hasn’t gone down, my measurements have! I saw a note that I had written about 2 years ago with my measurements. The most astounding one was my neck! It used to measure 14 inches. Now it’s 12.5. That is crazy! I didn’t even know that my neck was so fat. LOL

My waist wen’t down from about 2 weeks ago, it’s 34in now, about 1 inch less. My hips went down, too! They are now 41in, also 1 inch less than before. 

I’m so excited that I saw changes even though my weight was being weird.

I’ll write again once I lose a bit more weight. =)

I did it.

I reached 149. That was yesterday. I’m so proud of myself. I can’t believe I’ve lost 13lbs already.

AND I’ve reached another goal. I can now wear my sister’s size 11 jeans!!! Before I started losing weight I was a TIGHT size 12/13, now I can wear size 11 and sometimes it’s a little loose. LOL My sister is hating me for it and I LOVE it.

Like I said, I’m so proud of myself. =)

I can’t wait till 149.

Last time I weighed myself a few days ago, I was 150. I really, really want to see 149 on the scale, OR less.

I’ve been trying to stick to 1200 calories, and I have gone over a few times. Hopefully though, I’ll finally reach the 149. I will have jumped from the 160s to the 150s to the 140s.

I am so determined.

I rarely exercise and since I’m only eating around 1200, I don’t want to over-do it. So what I have been doing is just being a bit more active, taking the stairs, walking more, stuff like that.

Week 7 - No more Weight Watchers

So I quit Weight Watchers… I just wasn’t dedicated to it anymore. The points system frustrated me and confused me… some things just had SOOO many points even if they had little calories and were very healthy, so I couldn’t eat them. I just got aggravated and stopped trying.

I moved on to calorie counting about 2 weeks ago. I know I should have updated, but I was trying to get used to doing something different since I started dieting. I wanted to see results before I updated again, and I have!

I have officially lost 12 pounds since I first started dieting 7 weeks ago! I could not believe it when I stepped on the scale this morning and it said I was 150!!! On March 10th, when I first started my diet and I stepped on the scale I was 162!

I am so proud of myself and motivated to keep going and the calorie counting has been working great! I eat around 1200 calories a day, I often go over 1200 by about 100 calories, which isn’t a big deal. It’s been working and I’m so happy that I’ve been able to stick to it.

I’ll definitely keep updating and I’m sorry that I haven’t!

Bad, bad me

So for the past three days, I have done baddddd… I keep going over my points! =( Ugh… I still feel my jeans super loose, actually even more now, but I haven’t been staying under my daily points.

I only have four more days before I have to weigh myself again and I don’t want to see that I gained weight, so tomorrow I am back again. I will stay under my points, because there’s no way that I’m going to gain weight. I’m doing this to LOSE it, not the other way around. =)

Week 4 - Weight Watchers

I did bad today… but it’s okay, because I know I’ll do better tomorrow. I did pretty good all week and I managed to lose 1.5 pounds. I am now 153.5! Though I hoped that I would lose more, I’m pretty happy that I continue to lose weight.

I reached my goal of 154! My new goal now is 145. I can’t wait to reach it. Hopefully I’ll lose another pound or two next week. =)

Jeans

When I started losing weight (almost a month ago) I weigh 162 and I was a TIGHT size 13 jeans. Horrible, I know… So anyways I started noticing this week that my 13 jeans were lose, so lose in fact that they kept bunching up in the butt area and I could fit my whole arm inside them while I was wearing them.

I decided to try out my high school jeans, which were a size 12 and my favorites when I started gaining back all the weight that I had lost in high school. They were good for about a year or two and then I started gaining more weight again. Well, anyways… before I could BARELY pull them up my legs and to be able to zip them up I would have to SUCK in and NOT breathe AT ALL. Well… today I wore them all day. They were a tiny tiny tiny bit tight, but only when I sat down.

I AM SO FUDGING EXCITED!!!!!!!! YAY!

Running

I went running today… for the first time since I was about 7 or 8. It was tough. Most of the time, I speed walked, because I couldn’t keep running without my lungs feeling like they were going to burst. My legs weren’t even the problem, I thought that they would be the first ones to betray me. I didn’t know my lungs would do that to me, those bitches!

Anyways, I exercised for about an hour and a half, so I’m totally proud of myself. I went to the movies with my friend, almost got attacked by some psycho drunk, and I only managed to eat 3 points more than my daily allowance. Not bad. I had 29 points, instead of the allowed 26. I even had popcorn and soda!

I can’t say it enough: I love weight watchers. <3

I did great yesterday and I’m going to do great tomorrow. I can’t wait to weigh myself on Saturday, I’m setting myself up for success.

I actually haven’t worked out at all! I’ve just been making small changes, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator, and walking instead of taking the bus. I’m trying to get some of the weight off first so then I can exercise more comfortably when I’m a bit lighter.
